    Great place with free Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, and a snack bar. The staff helped me return my lost SIM cards. They genuinely care. I'm coming back for xmas!

    tbh, had an awesome stay during our vacation. everything was good, decent location so close to food places where really close as well as close to convenient store, fast staff. the room with a fridge.

    Despite my room being clean, it sadly had cockroaches which was a major letdown. Overall, I appreciated the cleanliness of the common areas and good Wi-Fi. I won’t be coming back, though.

    A significant problem with the room included a lack of proper maid service. Clean towels were only provided mid-stay after multiple requests, with limited amenities for a family of four. The room quality was questionable with broken fixtures, dirty surfaces, and pest issues. The public areas showed neglect, such as the pool not being available despite its advertisement, leaving a feeling of being misled. Overall cleanliness and upkeep raised concerns regarding health and safety, which overshadowed any redeeming qualities.

    Oh man, let me tell you, the pizza nearby at Double Shot Espresso is straight-up crafted from scratch, a melt-in-your-mouth experience! Plus, the water pressure in the shower was fantastic, and it heated up in a flash. What a gem amid the madness!

    Now, on the flip side, the vibe here was a total disaster. Drug deals and stray dogs galore. The staff was as useful as a broken microwave, and we struggled with only three towels for five people. Not safe, not pleasant-definitely not a revisit.

    Spacious room, clean room with a comfortable bed and a great shower pressure that heated up quickly. The outdoor swimming pool offered a refreshing break after exploring the city.
